Improving your HPE Support Center experience

Hello,

We have listened to your feedback and taken action with the recent release of the following new HPE Support Center features:

• New ‘Sort by Date’ – sort search results by most recent date or relevancy
• New Date-based filter – displays results from last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days
• Product suggestions – now shows five products with ‘View more’ options
• Search refinement recommendations: ‘Results for all products,’ ‘For better results…’
• Search results displayed increases to 25
• Fast access to Service Bulletins and Service Credits from home page
• Additional algorithm refinements for greater search accuracy
