Re: My HPE Software Center issues
Yes, links are working, but when I'm trying to download for me also, but when I'm trying to downlaod - getting unabletoprocess.html files only with this message:
HPE regrets to inform you that we are unable to act on your access request at this time due to technical issues we are currently experiencing with user validation.
To proceed please submit a site support request for assistance and we will help you shortly.
Other downloads like firmware updates, iLO etc. - works just fine

Re: My HPE Software Center issues
https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?collectionId=MTX-5d74fe753828448f&tab=releaseNotes work with any state if your logged-in or else login session expired.
But My HPE Software Center requires the active login session at when you have generated the URL.
Hence it's advice to use HPESC URL and get routed to My HPE Software Center for download,

Re: My HPE Software Center issues
Yes, I know this - following all steps like logging in to user and everything looks good till the point where it shows that downloading file not happening and it downloads that specific html file only. Out of ideas guys
