first time here.
Can someone provide some insight into difference between these support portals:

2) https://networkingsupport.hpe.com/case-management

Hello,
We recommend using the HPE Support Center (support.hpe.com) as your primary portal for managing your digital experience with HPE. This portal serves as the entry point to access HPE's technical expertise. From here, you can access technical resources, create and manage support cases, and receive personalized alerts for your registered contracts.
Item #3 in your question refers to the "View Cases" tab within the HPE Support Center. Items #1 and #2 are specific to our Networking Products, which can also be accessed through the HPE Support Center.
