c'ant command shutdown or start pwer

My ML 350 Pwer swist or buton c'ant command the shutdwon or start of the pwer suply i must deconnect my machine de shut down it !!!

Is that natural function in the ML 350 server ?
I have changer thet swis or buton connector but not difernec ?
what can' i do ?

Verify all hardware is COMPAQ. If all hardware is COMPAQ, verify that the server is running the latest BIOS. If problem still exist, try clearing NVRAM and running the latest System Configuration Utility.
