Get the support information and help you need – fast! Introducing the new HPE Support Center

We have redesigned our one-stop portal to streamline the experience and give you a single point of entry for all HPE support information.

We’re living in the age of self-access information, and it has changed our consumer lives in profound and empowering ways. But it’s not just consumers who turn to self-service tools to find the answers they need. Online support platforms are a go-to tool for many IT organizations. We rely on them whenever we need to check a warranty, pull up a support document, or download a patch. And that’s especially true in today’s difficult environment, where IT folks, like many others, are increasingly working remotely.

HPE Support Center.jpgIf you’ve used the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center, you’ll know that it’s a great resource, packed with all the help and information you might need to set up a product or get a quick resolution to a server-, storage- or network-related technical issue. If you haven’t used it in a while, or ever, I’d like to invite you to click through and take a look around. We are currently putting the finishing touches on a major redesign of the portal, streamlining the support experience to give you a single point of entry to all HPE support information.                       

Among the new enhancements:

  • Intelligent, unified search. We’ve incorporated machine learning technology to ensure highly accurate, relevant results for your queries. Our new ML-powered search engine displays relevant knowledge and content from our software libraries, forums and videos in single query response. You can easily pull up additional related content and share resources with your colleagues through a pre-populated email. Over time, as more and more users enter their queries, the engine will become even more accurate as it learns from past outcomes.
  • More responsive design – now accessible on any device. While the Support Center has been available via a dedicated app for mobile users for a while now, the new design lets you use any device – smart phone, laptop, tablet, PC – and any platform, whether it’s Windows, Android, or iOS.
  • Single-click access to our most popular tools including Case Management, Software Licensing, Warranty Check, Documentation and Software, and more.
  • My HPE Software Center. In the previous design, software downloads were available only through a site called My Licensing Portal, which was external to the Support Center. Now we’ve created My HPE Software Center, where you can find free software, download software for your physical products, download software updates, and more.
  • Continuous improvement. We value your feedback and are always working to improve your experience.
