We have upgraded the firmware on our Alletra 5030 to version 6.1.2.300-1042680-opt, and since then, we are having an issue sending alerts using SMTP.
The SMTP is configured to be used without authentication.
I have confirmed the firewall rules are in place.
When I sent a test email, I received the alert: "Failed to send alert e-mail to SMTP server. Verify SMTP server and port configuration." and could not see any messages on our SMTP relay.
Previously on version 6.1.1.300-1028597-opt was this working fine.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
