Nimble Storage Upgrade to 6.1.2.700 from 6.1.2.400 fail
Upgrade to 6.1.2.700 from 6.1.2.400 failed with message "Upgrade to the version is not supported"
The same version is updated to Nimble HF40 for the DR Nimble.
No hardware issues ,
can i try force precheck and force update ?

Hi,
This happens when there is a deny list on the array, against the target version, 6.1.2.700 in this case. Can you hover mouse over the deny list details from software downloads page and share a screenshot? Are you seeing any bug ID ? starting with AS-
Also, you cannot force an update.

There is no bug id. Also is there any way that i can check from the logs ?

In your first screenshot, it says current version is 6.1.2.400 and in the second, it shows 6.1.2.700. Are they two different arrays ?
Anyways, please DM me the serial number of the array
