Blue screen issue on BL460c G6 servers

Has anyone come across the following blue screen error on BL460c G6 servers before?

"STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"

I am getting these frequently on our new blades, which have been upgraded to the latest firmware and driver updates. I only see this on G6's, and only when an application is requesting a reboot. When I issue a reboot via the Start menu, the blue screen has not occurred. Any suggestions would be appreciated
