c-Class Onboard Administrator LDAP Group Authentication Problem

OA firmware 1.30

I've configured LDAP correctly, I believe. Followed an HP Word document I found in another thread. Installed certificate, added group in AD, added group in OA, checked that SSL is running on the DC, gave the LDAP group Administrator level access...

I can log into the OA web interface with the AD user account, but I do not have any permissions to view or change enclosure settings.

On the enclosure overview in the GUI, all installed components have locks.

Re: c-Class Onboard Administrator LDAP Group Authentication Problem

This happens to us when we only use our usernames. If we login with DOMAIN\Username then the account is authenticated correctly.

Yes, that works. Thanks Justin.

AD authentication also works when using the UPN format (ie user logon name and the UPN suffix joined by the @ sign).
