Hi,
We have a HPE edgeline EL4000 bladeserver with m510 catridges. In one of the m510 catridge's iLO4 setting we mistakenly enabled "Shared network Port" and set it to 1. After this we are not able to access that particular catridge's iLO4 portal via ilo management port to manage that catridge. So we may need to hard reset the iLO4 of that catridge to return iLO4 to factory settings. Please help one this.
Thanks,
Sivbal.

SolutionHi sivbal,
Please connect to the console through serial port.
Then restore the ILO4 settings, this should work.
If issue still seen, please log a support case for further investigation on this.
