Probably you are using Enhanced Server Blade Enclosure instead of Standard Server Blade Enclosure.
The enhanced server blade enclosure comes with split power backplane which is able to separate the DC power into the right and left sides of the server blade enclosure so that half the blades in a server blade enclosure are powered by side A (bays 1 ├в 4) and half by side B (bays 5 ├в 8).
The standerd server blade enclosure comes with shared power backplane which distributes power from each side (A and B) of the power supply enclosure across all ten bays of the server blade enclosure.

Please go through the document. It is clearly mentioned over there "Because the enhanced server blade enclosure splits the DC power into the left and right sides of each server blade enclosure, customers must use two power enclosures to configure AC line cord redundancy".

I don't think you need another powersupply for this.
Which is your power supply ? 1U or 3U
Is that a 3 phase powersupply or a single phase one?
Howmany powersupplies are populated?
If you have 6 powersupply populated in the powersupply enclosure, you can have a power supply redundancy configuration N+N so that your requirement will be done.
This can be done using Powermanagement console.

HP recommends installing hot-plug power supplies in a
redundant configuration. To implement a redundant
configuration, populate one or more of bays 1 through 3 and an
equal number of bays 4 through 6 with power supplies. For
redundant AC power, bays 1, 2, and 3 must be supplied AC power
from a different branch circuit than bays 4, 5, and 6. Each bay
must be supplied 200 to 240 VAC, 50 to 60 Hz, single-phase AC
power. Ensure that adequate capacity is available on each branch
circuit to handle the peak current demands of a fully populated
HP BladeSystem 1U Power Supply Enclosure when attached to a
fully populated server enclosure.
