VC module keep rebooting
I have C7000 with two VC SAN modules, I face a power outage and after restoring power these modules does not work again, I login with SSH to onboard administrator then connect to switch console I notice that the module keep rebooting, can any one guide me how to check the module and how to make it work again please

Hi @HatemKotb ,
1) Check the OA logs. If any logs related to power, Virtual connect and OA are found, please post us.
2) Did you add a new VC, OA, blade server or any other devices or moved any blade servers to some other bay, if yes, please revert it.
3) Update the OA, Virtual connect firmware.
3) There may be issue in some other hardware such as other FC interconnect modules, server blades etc. Please power off, remove the devices and run again with minimal configuration.

- I did not add or remove any card recentlly, it was working fine until power source disconnected suddenly
- no logs on OA related to interconnect problem
- card keep rebooting in a loop

We would recommend to get a downtime and then reset the Interconnect module from Onboard administrator. This action will cause the Interconnect module to reset and reboot but will cause traffic outage. Please do take the domain configuration backup before performing this operation. If issue still persists then we recommend you to get a support ticket logged.

I try this solution but it did not work, I even remove the domain and try with VCSU to check the card and upload a new FW but it can not identfy the card
problem still exist
