Though I have 'arp-snooping enable' configured on my HP850, I still can't see IP address of my clients
'dis arp-snooping' only shows IP addresses in VLANs where the HP850 is configured with L3 interface.
My WLAN clients are locally forwarded onto VLAN 2 - not tunneled through the controller and my controller has no L3 interface VLAN 2. Is that the reason why I do not see any IP address of VLAN 2 WLAN clients ?

Re: Howto see IP address of WLAN clients in HP850 UWW setup (locally forwarded WLAN service)
Do you have IP Verify Source enabled on the service template SSID?

SolutionSolved.
I had to make sure that my controller had a layer 2 interface in VLAN 2 where my clients end up once authenticated.
As the AP's forwarded locally into VLAN 2, I had only defined the VLAN 2 on the controller but did not need any interface into this VLAN 2. Client connections worked perfectly this way....but the 'arp-snooping enable' could not do its job to snoop for ARP's in VLAN 2
thx

Re: Howto see IP address of WLAN clients in HP850 UWW setup (locally forwarded WLAN service)
You can enable this function by using this cli command:
wlan client learn-ipaddr enable
