Device(s) with Serial Number: XXXXXXXX not found.

Hello, everyone. When trying to add equipment on the GreenLake portal I get an error that no equipment was found with this serial number. Please help in solving this issue.

This needs assistance from support, suggest you to log a case with GreenLake platform team.
