Getting to ILO

We have a dl385. How do you connect to ILo?
We don't use dhcp. Our IP's are static. Our dns is on our lan. I am using the uid port into a switch giveing it a ip of 192.168.0.20. I tried giving it and IP in our domain as well as the dns and gateway. I still can't get in through the web page. I try to get in through insight manager. All i get is page can't be displayed. Any help setting up the network configuration by way of RBSU will be appreciated.
