Hi Imad_blg,
1. Cabling: There is an issue with physical cabling on Node 1. Please refer to the below link for HPE 3PAR cabling configuration guide.

2. Node 1 failed: It may be SSDs failed on node 1. Not sure about the SSD, so better replace the whole node.
I request you contact HPE Tech support for assistance with troubleshooting and resolving this issue.

I guess that the controller is faulty and should be replaced.

In my previous answer, I had mentioned that "It may be SSD's failed on Node 1".
Thinking that SSD's In Node 1 has failed.
Please cross-verify the health of physical disks in Node 1.
