Unexporting a Volume from a host set

I do not see any option to unexpor or remove a volume from a host set.  My host set does not have any members anymore.  I am attempting to unexport the 1 volume so I can delete the host set.

How do I unexport a volume from a host set?

Re: Unexporting a Volume from a host set

Hello @hpe_guy22,

Can you please provide some more details of the challenge you are facing? How did you try to unexport, the exact steps? Is there any error you are getting?

The procedure to unexport a volume are:
1. From SSMC select the hostset from the hostset list -> Actions -> Unexport -> select the volume by clicking on it (even if it the only volume) -> click on 'unexport'.
Or
2. From SSMC select the volume from the volumes list -> Actions -> Unexport -> select the host/hostset -> click on 'unexport'.

Issue was resolved by HPE Support by using a command from the command line.

# removevlun -f vvname 18 set:hostsetname

Re: Unexporting a Volume from a host set

My issue was on the Alletra following the peer motion from the 3PAR.  There was/is no option to unexport on this host set.
