degrade of hpux 11.00 to 10.20

Hi...

I want to install hpux 10.20 to hp9000/N4000 server which currently running with hpux 11.00

Is there any incompatibility or recomendation please

HP-UX 10.20 is not supported on the N4000 because it is a 32-bit OS. The N series machines wil run only 64 bit 11.X.
