check from the command line which port has max network traffic

hi

 

We have set up HP Switch e5412zl(j8698a) as a default gateway.
Howto check from the command line which port of HP Switch e5412zl(j8698a) has max traffic and paralyzes the whole network on this switch?

 

BTW is it possible to configure an alert for high port utilization?
