HP/Aruba Switch firmware versions

I want to update firmware to one shown as approved for Airwave.   We have the 2920s and a 3800.  I was looking at the firmwares for the 2920 and there a SEVERAL for Current Release and I don't understand the version number format.  Our current version is.:

WB.16.05.004

The issue is the there are 6 firmwares released across 3 days in December of 2018.

WC.16.02.0026

WB16.08.0001

WB.16.07.0003

WB.16.06.0009

WB.16.05.0012

WB.16.02.0026

The approved version is WB16.06.0006.   Just not sure what all the variations mean.  I assume going from WB.16.05 to 16.06 would be fine.  Are they just different branches?  

Or should I move to WB.16.08.0001 which has WB.16.06.0006 in it's release history?
