I would start with updating the switch to newer firmware (W14.70 is out for quite a while and very stable). Mind the Compact Flash Cleanup!

I believe that is the wrong code as the 2900-48G J9050A has T code and the last is T13.80

@DaveAnderson: Regardless of the above, it sounds like a firmware upgrade would be a good idea.
