RYU Controller Nicira Extended Match Structures

I want to know are Nicira Extended Match Structures of RYU Controller supported in ARUBA 2930F LJ253A switches?I tried it, and got OFPET_BAD_ACTION error even though these extensions work fine with OVS (OpenVswitch).

They are not supported in HPE switches.
