Add disk Group

Dear Gurz,
I am going to add one more disk group in my Existing Setup.

During add the disk Group its show me warning â Any Existing data on the disk you are about to use will be loseâ . Snapshot is attached. I am little bit confuse. Which data lose warning that is? Exiting data of first disk group, or data on ungroup disks.
Currently setup we have EVA5K with CV3.3

Don't worry - it means the data that is on the ungrouped disk drives.
