Does "Fabris License" in licenseshow mean "Full Fabric License'?

I have an issue with a few ISLed entry level SAN switches. I have a total of 3 switches connected, 1 2/8V, 1 MSA1000 2/8 and a 4/16. The MSA1000 and 4/16 are connected to the 2/8V, therein lies the problem. The console reports "Critial Fabric Size", I do a licenseshow on the middle switch, the 2/8v and it is licensed for a 2 domain environment.

I have a 4/8 that I can replace the under-licensed 2/8V with, and when I do a licenseshow on it, I get the reply of "Fabric License". Does this mean that it is Full fabric licensed?

Re: Does "Fabris License" in licenseshow mean "Full Fabric License'?

So what does "Fabric License" mean?

I had 4 different phone calls to support to find out and all I can get out of them is that it "should" handle my specific config, but no definite number of supported domains.

Enclosed is a jpeg of my current and proposed configuration and I am just wanting to make sure that it will fit the bill.

Previous answer is wrong. "Fabric license" indeed means FULL FABRIC (239 domains or 239 switches). You do not need Power Pack from Brocade or HP.
