Did you try an earlier driver? I have recently had problems "seeing" vdisks with the current up to date drivers, 9.2.x.x... and had to go back to the 9.0.2.xx driver.
CV 5 see's the EVA with no problem, but not vdisks. Not sure why with the newer drivers this happens, or has happened to me... but I worked around with an earlier driver.

Still working on the issue for 2 customers, but the driver was the only thing changed.
