Does anyone know who trains the HP CE's on the EVA products? Names preferrably...

You don't say which country. In the UK so far as I know the only External training that is officialy recognised on EVAs by HP is done by HOST Computer Services. There are however other providers who can give you a good working knowledge of the basic underlying technology and maintainence on them.
