Setting Up Autopath on Windows 2000 Cluster

Few questions I am hopping to get answer to:
1. What are the correct settings for the HBA's Emulex LP9002L under W2K (connecting to the HP Virtual Array 7410 via Brocade HP fc16B)?
2. Is Autopath cluster independent? Anything I should be aware of? (The cluster will use shared LUN's on the VA 7410)
