Issue After Changing Password on Morpheus Ver 8.0.7-4
Hello,
I encountered an issue after changing the password on Morpheus Ver 8.0.7-4.
The Dashboard displays: HTTP error! Status 500
The cluster and backup have disappeared
Services are not functioning properly
My intention was only to change the password. After performing the change, should I check or update any additional settings to ensure that the system works normally?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

This seems to be a Simplivity VME? If so, I would create an official case for this.
I work at HPE

Did you face this right after changing the local user password or was it an LDAP-integrated one? I had weird session glitches before but they usually clear after a restart.

Re: Issue After Changing Password on Morpheus Ver 8.0.7-4
Hi zayanhani,
Thank you for your reply.
I’ve checked and confirmed that my Morpheus system is not using Active Directory or LDAP integration — it’s configured for local user authentication only.
The issue occurred immediately after changing the password for the local System Admin account, and I did not perform any further actions such as restarting services after the password change.
Please let me know if there are any steps or checks I should perform to ensure that all services resume normal operation.
Thank you for your support.
