SSMC fails to create Remote Copy Configuration yet works through CLI

Running SSMC 3.8.4.0.37 and Primera 4.3.2.4.

When trying to configure RCFC through SSMC, we get this error:

(Apparently you can add pictures inline but they don't actually show up)
This picture shows the error: "Unable to create RCFC link between the selected systems. Verify the connection and zoning setup.

Going to the port page in SSMC shows the correct connections (similar for all ports) So SSMC knows the connetions are good:

This picture shows the local port and it corresponding connection as it should. Good from both sides for all RCFC ports.

But yet using these commands through the Primera CLI, it works. This tells me that zoning is correct:
On Primera01:
startrcopy
creatercopytarget Primera02 FC 2FF70002AC027DD5 0:3:4:20340002AC027DD5 1:3:4:21340002AC027DD5

On Primera02:
startrcopy
creatercopytarget Primera01 FC 2FF70002AC02738C 0:3:4:20340002AC02738C 1:3:4:21340002AC02738C

Results in SSMC after 20 – 30 seconds:

This picture shows SSMC with the correct connections all green and happy. But again only if configured through the CLI.

I have looked at the troubleshooting and it doesn't seem to apply.

Some troubleshooting I have done besides configuring RCFC with the CLI:

1. I have rebooted SSMC
2. I have removed both Primeras from SSMC, removed all certs, rebooted, added again.
3. I have cleared all browser cache / files.

Nothing seems to help.

Turns out doing a 'shutdownsys reboot' resolved the issue.
