Vcsa update to 7.0 3Ur version on Dl380 Simplivity

I have dl380 gen10 simplivitys. Omnistack versions is 4.1.3. I checked Interoperability guide but no update. Can ı update to vcsa 7.0 3Ur?

Yes, you can upgrade to VCSA 7.0 U3r.  It is hard to find, but on the bottom of page #14 of the interop guide, it says you can upgrade:

A customer may upgrade vCenter to an unlisted patch version only when the vCenter major and minor versions are already listed in
this document. Unlisted major or minor version updates are not supported.

Since "r" is a minor version upgrade from U3p, you can upgrade.
