Brocade SAN switch to Grafana dashboard integration

Is anyone knows how to integrate Brocade SAN switch  to Grafana dashboard for monitoring? Any idea's and documentation to follow much appreciated.

I understand that you wish to integrate Brocade SAN switches to Grafana dashboard for monitoring.
Currently, there is no formal procedure to accomplish this.

For monitoring the Brocade SAN switches, we suggest that you use SNMP, WebTools or SANnav.
