Adding Windows Blade
We currently have a two frame Synergy setup, the blades are all used as ESXi hosts and we have a network sets and profiles configured for ESXi. The network set is inclusive of all of our VLANs and our FCOE storage fabric.
I am now adding a standalone Windows 2019 Server and am guessing i will need to have a different profle for this server. It does not need the same network config, only needs to communicate on one vlan. In our C7000's cahssis we would create a seperate profile in the virtual connects with the one VLAN.
Am I thinking correctly? do i need something other than the server profile?
TIA

Re: Adding Windows Blade
As long as the shared infrsatructure has the needed fabrics provisioned, you simply need to create a server profile. Creating a server profile template then create server profile from the template would add more admin overhead to your workflow. Unless you plan to add more types of these servers in the future.
