Re: rx7620 rebooting all by itself
Is there anything of note in the /etc/rc.log file?
Is there anything in the /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log file?
Did this start about the time of the oracle install?
You could try and boot the box into a lower run level to see what happens, (i.e. lower run level than before oracle attempts to start.

Check on the temperature also. Best to log a call with HP if you have support they are best to diagonise these reboots.

Re: rx7620 rebooting all by itself
If its not set nothing will get saved.
Connect the the server via your console and ctrl-b to gsp
Connect and look for events like power issues that could be causing the problem.

Re: rx7620 rebooting all by itself
The problem might be related to hardware, Connect to console (ctrl B ) then see the error logs there.

Re: rx7620 rebooting all by itself
The problem is probably due to bug in online diagnostics software. If you have installed
OnlineDiag B.11.23.02.22 HPUX 11.23 Support Tools Bundle, Mar 2004,
you shoud install patch PHSS_30889.
