We have facing issue with our MSA 2060,

Hi Team,

We have raised the case with HPE and as per HPE recommenedation we replaced the Controller of the Storage but still facing same issue

we are follow up the case with HPE only

Did you review the documents that the HPE BOT recommended?
The Installation guide has the LED behavior explanations.
In this case the blinking amber LED on the IOM indicates:  
Non-critical fault: a fault that does not cause the connection to cease operation
(e.g., not all links are established; over temperature)

Did you check either the SAS lines?   CLI>  show expander-status    {for an expander link not connected, eg bad cable}
Or the temperature sensors?   CLI>  show sensor-status     {Temp and other sensors}
For a link down it could be the controller, the cable or the IOM (Controller in the disk-enclosure)
For a temp sensor or other sensor it would likely be the IOM or environment (eg. Hot location)
