Unable to download Simulator

http://www8.hp.com/us/en/networking/simulator/index.html

The download link on the url above does not send me to HPE but HP inc website. And the HP inc website suggest that the HP Network simulator is unavailable. Can you please directe me to a proper link so I can download the HP Network simiulator  software.
