Hmmm - my first thought was 'oh great, now they're giving it out to non high-level contract users' and I was really happy.

If You can forward this to someone: I think it'd raise the availabilty and fame of HP-UX if this were available to the very people who can't call simply call HP to get their things fixed. I've read it, of course, and always liked it for the additional insight, but I really feel with the people You now made hungry with the description of the recovery handbook :)

Of course they can still ask here :)

I second Morgan ... Same error displayed for me as well. And kicker is my user id is registered with the Platinum support contract on 50+ servers and their software support handles my company owns.

This is the US/AP link giving me this error by the way.
