According to partsurfer.hp.com this is a:
A9782A - Interface (Product) : 1000Base-SX and 2Gbps Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter - For HP-UX - Dual channel, short wave, 64-bit, 3.3V, 133MHz PCI-X - Has LC connectors
So, going by this, I don't think what you want to do is possible. This card is designed such that 1 port in a network interface and the other is fibre channel for storage.

Shalom,
You'd have to configure the fiber port for IP.
Getting them on the same lan is going to require a router as the network media is different.
