Adding second (secondary) group to a username

Not sure how to do this. I didn't see an option in SAM.

Please advise

Hi

It is in sam. Go to accoutns users and groups, then groups and modify the group you want to add the user too. You will then get a list of users and you can add them in.

Go to users, select user, then right click and then select modify secondary group

If you want to use SAM, go into groups, actions, modify.

Add the username to the appropriate group in /etc/group. To add user oracle to belong to the users group as well:

users::20:oracle

Separate usernames with a comma if there are more than one.

open /etc/group file . Add the user name to the required group name field .
