Command/script to get an info about the MIPS of the HP server ?

Hi folks,
howto find out per command line how many mips a HP bax has?
Backgroud is that the engineering team starts a application with some transactions and has to compare it with the actual Mips which has HP provided or for what ever they nned the info ...

Thx, Klaus

Klaus,

I know of now way to get actual MIPS information short of running the actual benchmark that is used by HP to come up with the original MIPS figure. You can query the CPU speed in MHz and several other capacity related figures like RAM, number of CPUs, etc., but not MIPS ratings.

Hi Klaus,

You may want to check with tpc.org as they publish reliable benchmarks for HP systems & may have routines that you can get or purchase.
