I believe /dev/vg01/lvol1 is a sec dev swap.
/dev/vg00/lvol2 - does not show in the swapinfo out.

lvlnboot -R
lvlnboot -s /dev/vg00/lvol2
lvlnboot -d /dev/vg00/lvol2
lvlnboot -r /dev/vg00/lvol3
lvlnboot -b /dev/vg00/lvol1
After the above commands are run, please reboot the system.

Sorry for the delay, actually I was waiting for downtime to do the steps you have given.
