In the file search for Basic & you should get all the details.

Apart from waiting for the info command to complete, as suggested several times above, I'm not sure what to suggest, apart from upgrading the OS and OnlineDiags. You'll not get much support from HP if there is a problem with the info tool on 10.10, I'm afraid.
http://www.docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stm_upd.htm#table shows the versions.

If you are running 11.00 or 10.20, install the latest version of OnlineDiags for those releases and try again with the info tool.

Reboot the server and stop it from booting at PDC
"press any key to stop booting"
Then type
in me
This will give you the slot configuration and size of dimms installed and free slots available.
Then just boot the system again.
