I need help from you.I have a D280 server.It started rebooting continuosly from yesterday.There is no frequecy as such.it reboots at any time.I think some major harware failure.Can u suggest some solution.

let us know what /etc/shutdownlog says.
ALso do you see any error messages in OLDsyslog.log file?
Any LED indication...

Check also for a crash dump in /var/adm/crash.
HP may want to diagnose the crash dump, or if you're brave, you can do it yourself with the attached documentation.
