Does anyone know where to get smbmount and smbumount ?

We need the samba smbmount and smbumount commmands for our hpux 11 system. I've tried and tried to get those compiled, but with no success. Has anyone here compiled those successfully.

Go to http://software.hp.com download and install CIFS/9000.

Hi Louis,

I have and still, smbmount and smbmnt commands are missing. Only man pages for those are available. So, the question still stands:

Are those commands available for hp-ux 11.00 somehere?

HEllo,

with HP's implementation of Samba being called "CIFS/9000" those commands are renamed to "cifs_mount" and "cifs_umount", of course ;-)
