FC60 1 Controller is not shown by amdsp -i

We just got in an FC60 Dual-controller with 2 SC10's
but when I invoke #amdsp -i comman
only 1 array S/N is shown.
how can I solve the problem.

Hi,

Even if you have two controllers in your FC60 Box, the serial number what you see with amdsp -i is the serial number for the FC60 array box not for the controller, so what you see is absolutely correct.

Hi ,

As pramod correctly said , amdsp -i o/p you have got is exactly proper .

For confirming your other controller has been detected or not you can execute
" amdsp -c fc60 "
where " fc60 " is the alias for the Array .
