This isn't a patch. OnlineDiag should be in your support CD that comes with your installation pack (as far as I can recall).

Steven is correct. The diagnostic software does in fact come on the Support Plus CD if you
have it. If you don't have it, you can order it on-line if you have a support contract or download the fileset(s) from the link I
supplied earlier.

i also agree , this is not a patch but a software that can be found on the support-plus cd .

onlinediag replace a name and now he is HP Predictive Support/UX
