HOBLink version 2.3.0069 lockup

We are currently running HP-UX 11i with patches from December 2003 v1. After we installed these patches. We have noticed that the application is locking up. We are also running java version 1.3.1.02-011206.
I would like to know if anyone has encountered this after the patch install.
