Re: How can I change the screen resolution?
Hi,
i'm not familar with B2000 but i think to change resolution you have to interrupt boot sequesnce (ESC key) and then use the
monitor
command within the boot admin menu.
At HP9000/715 there is such command which dieplays a menu with different resolution choices.
Regards
Andrew

Re: How can I change the screen resolution?
Hi,
please refer to:
http://www.hp.com/visualize/support/shared_unix/manuals/A5983-90001.pdf
There you can see how to change monitor type (resolution)
It can be also done with SAM: Display -> Monitor configuration
Regards

Solution
In general this can be done in two ways:
- at boot time by interacting with the boot console
- at run time by running setmon, located in /opt/graphics/common/bin/
The list of valid resolutions varies by graphics card and setmon reports the valid
set of resolutions.
