How to create 300 user account with assign different password

Every half year, 300 user account will be for the next batch of student.
How to write a script or any 3rd party software to generate password easily to replace with?

I have a script to bulk-create users and assign passwords individually. The passwords are encrypted and inserted into the /tcb structure.
