how to keep a Log of users logout time

Hi guys,
I would like to keep a log of all users logging out from the system...
How do i do it..?
HPUX 11i v2...ram 8gb...rx 4640...

I need to keep a log of each and every user whenver they log in and they LOG out.

... and the output of the "last" command, which records the login and logout times of each user's each session is not suitable because of...?
