Re: how to resolve sender domain
dtac.co.th does not exist - part of the anti-spamming rules of sendmail...

Re: how to resolve sender domain
You would have to register that domain and host it yourself....I don't think you want to do that....
Basically, what I think happened - someone tried to spam an id that probably didn't exist on your system, and your server tried to send a nice message back to them - using the return "fake: address they provided: 6615851123@dtac.co.th
Next step for you - do nothing, or block the server that originally relayed that message....

Re: how to resolve sender domain
Like I said above, dtac.co.th does not exist - so you can't send email to that domain.
So, test your application by sending to a valid domain - like your own - or send to yourid@localhost

Re: how to resolve sender domain
eg. mail aliases_name.
For this case, it's not possible to define this particlar domain, is it?
I sent the mobile short message to the server and my application would convert it in the STMP with originator 6615851123@dtac.co.th... could it be possible to accept this sender domain?

Re: how to resolve sender domain
makemap creates the database maps used by the keyed map lookups in sendmail(1M). It reads input from the standard input and outputs them to the indicated mapname.
Being new to Unix - a good thing to remember, is most commands have manual pages.
Just execute:
man makemap
That will tell you what it does.
Another thing to do, is bookmark the following:
http://docs.hp.com
For more on sendmail:
http://www.sendmail.org
Unix is great and the learning never ends - after 10 years I'm still learning. :)
